Extra-Curriculum
Optional U.S. Standardized Test & U.S. Highschool Certificate
We provide U.S. Standardized Testing annually as option for Elementary students (6-12) and Erdkinder students (12-18).
In 2015, JWMIS will start with Primary and Elementary levels. Families who are interested in our Adolescent program and have children of 12 years and above, can obtain U.S. highschool certificate while being part of our learning environment.

Extra-curricular activities are offered after regular class time which is 3:00pm for the Primary program, and 3:30pm for the Elementary program. The activities include -
Thai Language
Thai language is incorporated in the Primary and Elementary programs. Thai is offered as an extra-curriculum activity for students who need to accelerate their speaking, reading, and listening skills in Thai.
Foreign Language
Foreign Language classes are offered by on-site and visiting faculty. Foreign languages by visiting faculty are offered based on their availability. Japanese and Spanish language have been offered by faculty.
Music
Classes offered include basic understanding of music, singing, drama and playing variety of instruments. The skills and creativity gained from music lesson enhance the child's experience in the main curriculum.
Art
Variety of art and craft are offered depending on interest groups and availability of the teachers, for both 2-dimensional art and 3-dimensional art.
Organic Garden & Food Preparation
Organic gardening includes growing pesticide-free vegetables, preparing food from what they grow, and making compost from the left-over food and using it as fertilizer for the new plants. Gardening is offered as an activity in the mornings from 8.30 am to 9.00 am
Sport and PE
PE program includes organized sport, yoga, stretching and gymnastics depending on the availably of visiting faculty and the interest of the parent group.
